"not enough hours to track" will be
reported if you have less then 50 hours online for the month.
Average residential account usage is 40 to 60 hours
per month. Under normal account usage you will probably not see any
usage listed for your account until the last part of the month.
World.net accounts exceeding 150 hours per month of
usage and pop.net accounts exceeding 200 hours per month of usage will
be charged at the "business/commercial" usage rate and be
subject to an additional $5.00 surcharge for the month the usage exceeds
these limits as stated in the NCW-Online terms
of service under
part 3. ACCEPTABLE USAGE OF DIAL-UP ACCOUNTS: section (a)
