•  There are no hidden charges, all basic parts needed are included - see notes below for details as this cost varies by city and can be more if you need a network card or router ***.
   

• Do you need a router to connect to the fiber system? No, Not for a basic single computer connection. If you need to connect 2 or more computers you will need a router though as the router acts as a connect point for multiple computers and creates a small home network.
   

• Wireless in you home or business? NCW-Online does wireless setup! We can set you up for wireless service by installing a wireless router and configuring your computers to connect to it. Note: this is done only through the PUD fiber optic connection - this is not wireless service to your home/Business. All wireless connections are required to run in secure mode. No open wireless systems are allowed on our network.
   

• Service calls are only $35.00. If your internet connection goes down and we need to come to your home or business to fix it we do not charge you a per hour fee. You can rely on NCW-Online to keep you online.  Fees are higher outside of Wenatchee because or fuel cost & travel time etc.
   

• Free Web Space for your personal home page (250 Mb) included with every (fiber) Internet Service account. Cost to register your domain name (your-name.com***) through NCW-Online is $9.95 per year - note: this is if we register and manage the domain for you. We have our own domain name registrar service at http://www.avcdomains.com
   

• If you register the domain name and manage it yourself your cost for the domain registration may be less depending on where you chose to register your domain. Call us for further explanation if needed.
   

• Need a business Website (your-business.com)? We can set you up. Business website are a growing part of Our business. We have a very good self service website management system for business websites. Our system will enable you to log in and ad or change anything on your website with a few clicks. Our normal fees for a business website are $150.00 setup and $10.00 per month. For Internet Service customers those prices are cut in half. $75.00 setup and $5.00 per month. If you do not want to use our automatic Website Maker system to manage your website then setup is free.
   

• Free firewall software included with every account.
   

• Unlimited email addresses. It is a good idea to make up and use a disposable email address to use when you need to signup for something online. Then if you start to get Spam (unwanted email) at that address you just delete it and make up a new one!

• $35.00 deposit required on all new accounts, no exceptions.
   

• Bandwidth usage: 10 gig of bandwidth is allotted for each user. Usage over 10 gig will be billed at $2.00 per gig. Note: 96% of our users do not exceed 10 gig per month. • Domain name registration cost is $9.95 per year. Customer is responsible for this cost.

We reserve the right to adjust these rates from time to time and charge slightly higher rates for very difficult or time consuming installations. Our intent is to have install cost covered only. We charge you less because we do not make profit on install fees.

NCW-Online does not supply network cards or routers for the basic install fee. We will install these components for you if needed for the exact cost of the equipment. (we purchase equipment for you and you reimburse us for the purchase cost) Network cards are less then $20.00 and routers are $40.00 to $60.00 average and higher ($100+) for top of the line models.

We do not supply antenna mounts for the lake Wenatchee wireless systems. These mounts normally run 25.00 over the quoted cost to install. We purchase these then you pay us back for the cost when you pay for the install. Example install fee 75.00 antenna mount 25.00 you pay 100.00. Plus any other applicable cost such as deposit and first months service cost etc.

The setup fee is not required if your home or apartment was/is already setup and/or wired for fiber service. Although if we need to travel to your home or office the setup fee will still apply but a discount may be offered if NCW-Online does not need to install wiring.

A network card is needed in all instances. Most newer computers will have a network card pre-installed. Please check to make sure your computer has a network card. We can assist you in checking this by phone.
